Beocord 2000 was produced to complement both Beomaster 2000 and Beomaster 3000 and was fitted with Datalink and Dolby B Noise Reduction.  However, HX-Pro was omitted from the machine although metal tapes could be played, as well as standard Ferric Oxide and Chrom Dioxide cassettes.

Both Sensitouch and remote-controlled operation was possible and ease of use made this an economical and overall reliable machine.

Beocord 2000

When used with Beomaster 2000 and other suitable components it was know as Beosystem 2000. Likewise with Beomaster 3000, Beosystem 3000 could be formed.
