Beovision L2800 and L2500 were excellent quality colour TVs. Beovision L2800 had a 28″ screen whereas the Beovision L2500 was slightly smaller at 25″.

They had been released on to the market as budget models. Not quite as highly-specified as the LX models in the range, the ‘L’ range did not include a Teletext decoder (although could be fitted later as an optional extra).  Nor were they finished in the same luxury wooden veneers. Gunmetal grey came as standard for both of these models.

The loudspeakers were of the pressure chamber type with just one driver fitted to each of the stereo sides of the set.

The two models were replaced by the Beovision L2502 and the Beovision L2802.
