The Record Cleaning Kit from Bang & Olufsen was a kit specially manufactured from the care of users’ records. With a record cleaning pad manufactured from a velvet material for gently brushing off dirt and dust from vinyl records, the kit also comprised an aluminium scale for the balance of pickup arms as well as a silver-coloured plastic brush for the removal of dust and dirt from styli.
The 15cm record cleaning pad could have cleaning fluid added to it through its removable head and was finished in glossy black plastic.
