Tuesday, 3rd July, 2012Asus recently launched its new Zenbook Prime UX31A range of Ultrabooks, all powered by Intel’s 3rd generation Core Ivy Bridge processors. Like most Ultrabooks, the Zenbook Prime UX31A range also feature a super-slim body, measuring only 3mm at the thinnest point of its precision-crafted aluminum chassis.
The UX31A comes equipped with a 13.3″ IPS touchscreen display with full HD 1920×1080p resolution. Built-in speakers are included together with a microphone, all enhanced by Bang & Olufsen ICEpower technology resulting in crystal clear, dynamic and powerful sound.
The Ultrabooks also sport an HD webcam, SD card reader, backlit keyboard, two USB 3.0 ports, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0.
The Zenbook Prime UX31A-DB72 gets a 256GB SSD while the other three models get a 128GB SSD. The Zenbook Prime UX31A is currently available starting at $1149.99 US.
