Monday, 11th June, 2012

The all-new Audio Dock from ASUS, recently announced at Computex 2012 (5 - 9 June 2012) will work with all current tablets from the company and produces sound partnered in conjunction with Bang & Olufsen. Not yet on the marketplace, the dock is designed to work with the ASUS Transformer Prime, the Transformer Pad TF300, as well as ASUS’ upcoming Transformer 700 series.

Equipped with four 3-Watt speakers with ASUS SonicMaster Audio and Bang & Olufsen technology the Audio Dock is wrapped in precision-drilled brushed aluminium and is very sturdy. This device is 34.1mm tall, 140.4mm lengthwise and 220mm wide, so it can be moved around as the need is required. For now the device isn’t final and doesn’t offer yet Bluetooth support, although ASUS did add a full-sized USB port, as well as full size SD slot for extra storage and even more music options.
